The passenger side is 2 in. lower cause of the body mounts. So i was woundering if you can buy a new floor or what should i do its not easiy finding a unibody.

Check with FTE suppliers on a new floor pan, you may also find patch panels.
Im still not sure where to find it on FTE, could you possible explain more where i can find a replacement floor for my 1963 Ford Unibody. Plus im looking for some other pannels too for it.
Carolina Classics stamps new left and right floor pans for the 61 to 64s. Model 66 (uni) and 81s(conventional) use the same basic floor stampings.
The cab mounts are also avalble through CC, other parts include the lower a pillar piece, door step riser, outer step.
Most parts are made by Rick and sold by everyone else.
A word of advice level the body on the frame then repair the floor from above. If the floors are gone chances are the torque box is also toast. When you try to lift it it will bend in half if this structure is as rotted as you describe. Typical for a rust belt uni.
