I probably have had almost every exhaust possible on my truck. My favorite has been straight pipe no cats no muffler true dual coming from gibson headers. Man was it loud. Right now i just put 2 imco's on there just to tone it down a little.....Now since im gettin 4.30 gears in the rear im gonna have good low end. Just wondering what would give me the best low end and horsepower and give me more of a deep tone that you can feel outside the truck rather than a screamin truck. i want to set car alarms off......
i was thinkin about keeping my cats off and just getting one of those dual in dual out magnaflows with the x pipe inside......sounds like i might get my low end back???? any suggestions or experience with that muffler?
not personally...my friend got the magna flow Y pipe for his 00' V6 stang....and it sounds not bad...but not very deep....he is debating about going over to the X pipe as well.
