Injector Question

Bought 1994 ford f250 7.3 factory turbo. Installed new injection pump and now I'm installing new injectors. When I pulled the old injectors out they are stamped with the code B on them, and stamped 1984 right on them aswell. (They are for a 1984 1992 1/2 7.3 non-turbo if I'm not mistaken.) I was wondering if they could have hurt my new injection pump? Bought code G to replace them with.

No, the B code injectors pop at a lower pressure than the G code do.

Fuel mileage was about the only thing that would have been hurting.

B code was for the 84 thru 87 6.9 engine.

injector

I have pulled 4 injectors out. so far 3 BB and 1 G. I know there is a B code in #5 I had it out yesterday. I was getting 15 -16 mpg empty, but no power to pull with like 8-10 pulling.

Do you still have the stock exhaust on the truck?

I thought my smoke was b/c I run a 70%/ 30% blend of WMO/dino for fuel but maybe my injectors were just junk?
