started wierd once.
today i went to the store to cash in some of my spare change and when i went outside to start the truck so one of the guys i work with could hear the new stacks it started and ran rough for 2 strokes then ran great again. i turned the truck off then restarted it and it started like normal. it hasn't done it anymore. could this be the CPS trying to go out on me? the only other thing i could figure at the time was not enough fuel igetting to the engine. the engine was warm so it couldn't be glowplugs. thanks!!!

Travis, I had this happen to me when I first bought #3. Believe it or not, it's the amount of time you turn the key. If you you just bump the starter and let off, sometimes it won't fire off like it always does. And with that screwed up ignition switch, I would call that your suspect brother.

I've had that happen before from time to time.
tarts and runs like it is not firing on a couple of cylinders. Shut it off and start again and everything is fine.
Didn't know it had to do with the ignition switch, though.
