4spd or 5spd

i am buildin a 351windsor and am lookin to push 300hp and 350 ft lbs tq what kind of 4 or 5 speed would hold it i have a 4 spd granny with a 302 but its geared too low for me

The M5OD is probably not strong enough for that, so that leaves the ZF5 as the only (?!) other 5 speed. The ZF5 also has a granny 1st, and if that's too low, just skip it.
