Can you guys tell me where I can locate a seal kit ??

Any autoparts store or Ford dealer. There are two seal kits.

Ford Part Numbers

D7AZ-3E501-A ..Sector Shaft Seal Kit

F3AZ-3E502-A .. Input Shaft Seal kit (replaces D7AZ-3E502-A)

Just called Kragens and NAPA. They say nope. Guess I'll try dealer next.

NAPA does carry the seal kits, they were used on cars from 1965, and trucks from 1967, and are VERY common. You described something in error, when you asked Kragens or NAPA for the kits. NAPA can also cross over the Ford part numbers to the brand of seal kit they sell.
