2007 mirrors?

2007 mirrors?
are 1999-2007 side mirrors all the same? ive got an o2 with the regular mirrors and ive found a set of 07 tow mirrors id like to buy, but how much hassle is it? same adaptor? same bolt holes?

all the mirrors bolt up the same. The 08's even bolt on. However there is a difference in wiring. Yours SHOULD have the 3 wire round connector. the 07's should have a flat connector. There is an adapter for that.
When you say regular mirrors are yours completely manual ? if so you're going to need to add a switch to control the mirror glass. However if you're already electric you're good to go for that.
On the 07's they should have the outer turn/marker signals and heat correct ? If that's the case you'll need to add 4 wires - ground, mirror heat, turn signal, and marker.
