20X10 wheels
I am thinking of buying a set of procomp 20X10 wheels with a -12 mm offset . I was wanting to know if this offset will work or will I need some spacers. My truck is a 1983 F100 2wd. also would a set of 275-45-20 tires be wide enough for these wheels. Thanks

I have 18*9.5 on my 81 F150 2wd with 5.5 inches of backspacing. They do hit the sway bar on sharp turns. Sounds like your 10's might have the same issue (5.0 is neutral, +12mm/1/2 inch = 5.5). Positive should be to the outside so you might be OK but if it is lowered at all you will be very close to the fender lip and might need to do some massaging to make them work.
