what are the names of those lights on top of the windshield? i want to do it to my truck. thanks

Yes it is.
If I was wanting them I would get them that were LED's.
I would pickup power from the headlight switch. Then go to the ON/OFF switch.
What this would do is allow the lights to come on with the headlights and it you want to flash them, use the ON/OFF switch to Make & Break the circuit to them.
On another note. I'm not a fan of the Scotchlock connectors.

I have had real good luck with the products made by Optronics. I use them on boat trailers.

The switch allows the Hi-Five® lights to be operated independent of the headlights. You can flash them just like a big rig.
