Hi all i want to thank the guys that have help me my old 292 over the years ,
i just lifted it out with my excavator , great think for do a motor change,
has the old 292 drop a piston , after 44years
the hide of it , ill keep it in the shed , i have been building a 360 fe has a change well now im doing it 
i will miss the old 292 sound has it was the motor that came with the truck new it still has a oil bath cleaner on it its on 40 thou in the bore now
made be ill reline it
but just saying thanks again to alll that help me

Mine is .060 in my 57 3/4 ton.
302 cubic inches, sound fimiliar?
When I tore it down for rebuilding I found it was already .030 over bored.
