I have a late 99 7.3 stock with the only mods being superchip, intake, and exhaust..and my question is would it be better to get ALL this: ATS housing, Big Head Banks actuator, ATS converter....or : ATS torque converter and some stage 2 injectors????...what would give me more power and what is better for the engine??
Welcome to FTE. First off. I see you have a superchip, exhaust and intake. How about posting a signature so we can see if you have gauges, and anything else modswise. Also, how many miles on the truck and what do you use it for?

I thought about that as soon as I posted that but he can just make a wordpad or word file sig and copy paste it everytime. It really helps a lot. Thanks for the reminder.
I don't like to change converters unless the trans is new. Reason is that while a new trans can break, the odds of an old one breaking are much greater. That said, if the trans breaks, the new expensive TC will have to be cut open to be cleaned. I'd go with a BTS Valve Body if I were doing anything to the trans.
First things first. GET YOURSELF A SET OF GAUGES, if you haven't already. Ditch the Superchips and get a DP-Tuner F5 flip chip. A 4 in MBRP exhaust will help the EGT so that is a good thing too
The ATS housing and banks big head will help make your stock turbo more efficient, and a bit peppier if your stock waste gate actuator is weak and opening when it shouldn't.
However, you'll get much more bang for your buck in the power department with the stage II injectors. A BTS valve body would be a wise investment, or just start saving up for a rebuilt trans (BTS, john wood, etc. etc).
I'd also agree to replace the superchips with some DP-tunes, especially if you get the stage IIs. Jody at dp-tuner will tune for the stage II injectors, and factor in any other mods you have. Gauges are also a must, especially if you get the injectors. Absolute must in that case.
