The idea is that loose rod big end bearings will throw off a lot of oil from centrifugal force the faster they spin, and so pressure drops. Could be the culprit, but as 96_4wdr says, the clogged screen also could be.
Pablo, I had similar symptoms and worried it would require oil pump replacement or worse. I decided to replace the oil pressure sending unit - hidden near the distributor under the doghouse. It's cheap, but difficult to replace. You might want to try that first.
I have 2 oil pressure Gauges, 1 of them is mechanical connected with hose. That's why there is no mistake. Both of them reads the same pressure. To replace pressure sending unit is unusually easy, 1 wire only, 1/4'' cone thread.
The problem is that oil pressure drops under the load only, not depending on RPM.
I suspect old worn bearings. The other symtom - cranckhaft seal leaks. No blue smoke, but I add a quart of oil every mounth (2 000 miles).

4 bar =60 PSI, 1.5 bar = 22 PSI
Bearings would be knocking/rumbling like crazy with that much drop in oil pressure......... bearing shell cracked up?
Whats your oil pump like? maybe it's got a low flow problem, good idea to check that oil pick-up screen. Not good to run engine like that !
