62 Rear Diff Gasket
Hello Everyone,
My newest question is that my rear diff is leaking around the pan cover. I tried to tighten the bolts but no luck and now that my rear has fluid in it...DUH...and does not growl any more it is leaking on the driveway creating yet another spot. Its not a big leak more like the sink in the downstairs powder room that has been on the list for 6 months. I've looked in the LMC and Concors catalog and also on the NAPA website. I can't seem to find it. It the standard 3.92 F1 rear. Instead of a gasket can silicone be used? If anyone knows a source for this I'd appreciate it.
