Too late for chip??

There is a perfect truck that had a corporate lease for at least half its lifetime and has 215,000 on it. Auto was just rebuilt, but company only offers a 90 day warranty. It is out of state. Has a gooseneck in the bed. Great price. Coolant bottle looks yellow but coolant level is good. Has premium gold coolant. No residue. I am leary to buy out of state but the combo i want is pretty rare. Is it too late to add a chip at over 200k? No leaks either. Can the pmrs hold to a chip exhaust and intake ok???

Just broken in, with DP tuning the PMRS will be fine with those mods, its not too late to chip at all.

I don't have the ability to check for a dusted compressor wheel... Under the hood looks to be decently cared for...Should I wait until something comes along locally to be able to check for a dusted wheel, or do fleet trucks generally get maintained decently well? The '99 i looked at had stove piping for an intake...don't even ask. That turbo was completely trashed, but it ran well and didn't smoke much...

Mines a long story, the usual stuff has worn out. Ive gone through the cps at about every 100k or so. International warrantees them for 1 year but the new one is now only 25 bucks or so. I have the new grey one in now. 1st tranny went at 301k. 2 waterpumps, 2 sets of diff bearings and 1 completer diff rebuild, 1 radiator and changed the 1st set of injectors at 400kish. Lets not talk about the trannys because Im on the 4th because no-one local can rebuild em. (warranty) Ummmmm driveline bearings ...a bunch 1 set of brakes 4 sets of wheels, 3 to 5 windshields....ummmm
