Camshaft Help!?
I was wondering if someone could tell me the stock camshaft specs. on a 1995 5.0 out of an F150? Also does anyone know the redline of this engine? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any input!:-X12

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 16-Dec-02 AT 02:16 PM (EST)]According to the tech I talked with at Ford Racing's Tech Line, the 1994&up 5.0L truck cam's specs are the following : 198 intake/200 exhaust duration @ .050" & .422" intake/.448" exhaust valve lift using a 1.6 ratio rocker arm.Don't know the exact redline of a stock 5.0L truck engine,but Ford lists peak horsepower@4,000 rpm.Maybe a few hundred rpm over that.(And the cam used in your 1995 engine is a roller cam.)
