Plug Part #'s!
I have been lurking for some time, thank you all for the great info...but even motorcraft's website cant get me the info I need. I am doing plugs on a 98 F-150 Lariat supercab 5.4 4x4. Manual calls for Motorcraft AWSF22E. Motorcraft's site gives three optoins. The one mentioned above, a SP 405 for the CNG engine and a SP479 for the gas engine. My Autozone looked them up and their parts system calls for the last ones for my truck. The difference in the plug designation between these plugs and what the manual calls for is the lettered suffix. Manual=AGSF22E...Autozone=AGSF22WM. Does anyone know the difference between E and WM and are they OK to put in? I really don't want to do the job twice because they gave me the wrong ones. Thanks...I will go back to lurking....

Welcome to the forum wardmoto 
CNG is Compressed Natural Gas. Thankfully there aren't too many of those around
You need the SP479s.
