Front Hub Replacement Help!
My buddy's 1999 f-250 superduty 4x4 model is in need of a new front axle bearing hub. Can any of you gentlemen help with the correct part number, and the most likely place not to get ripped off (i.e. Ford Dealership)?

I don't have the part numbers handy, but powerstrokeshop.com has part numbers listed in their kits. I recently bought their front ball joint kit for my 2000 and they had the best prices for all the parts. They also have front bearing kits with all seals/etc. rockauto.com also has great prices on factory parts.

You need to know if it is early or late model 99. Hubs are different. Early are more $$ than later ones. Non-ABS is also more $$ than ABS. Different brand parts have different part numbers as well. If you want parts locally vs mail order, a location would help, too. Local for me was $217 for late ABS hubs, over the counter.
