greetings!

Just joined this morning, hoping to find some info for my newest toy/headache/project! My dad just gave me his 1941 Ford Pickup, it has a 50 flathead in it. Any advice would be appreciated!

That would be AWESOME!! That is one advantage to living in Orange, I think 80% of the car people and service/parts places are right near me!

See above post...I'm local, too...in Hacienda Heights.

Some of the dozens of local Ford resources: Early Ford V8 Club; FTE sponsor=Blue Oval Truck Parts-Anaheim; Early V8 Shop-Irwindale; Bob's F-Fun 100's-Anaheim; Vintage Ford in Huntington Beach; C. W. Moss in Orange--west of the traffic circle on Chapman; Early Ford Store-San Dimas; Bill's Auto Service-Orange = grouchy expert Ford mechanic.

LOL...that means you can walk to the dozens of local antique malls & stores...better stay away from those places, you won't have any $$$ left to spend on your truck!

I know!! Luckily I never got the itch for antiques, unless they have 4 wheels! But being that close to the Orange Circle is very nice, loads of history, personality and a few great neighborhood bars! Waht more can you ask for??

Uh huh, yeah right...y'all say that..."Oh, I'm not interested in antiques."

You will soon discover that your Ford pickup will come in very handy when cruisin' around on trash day, lookin' for goodies! I did that at 7AM this mornin.'

It was just like that old western actor today...Slim Pickens.

Number - the problem is the more stuff I but that goes in the house the more cleaning I have to do...so far I have limited my collections to outside stuff...hot rods and lawn flamingos!

arctic - I can get into my control panel, I am about a dozen posts away from getting a signature! Why I want one so bad I am not sure, but I do! I'll have 25 done by the end of the night!
