Exterior Color

Here's the deal, I have an '00 Limited two wheel drive 7.3. The exterior color is dark blue w/ beige trim. The paint code is LL. My question is, would this be the same color blue on all Excursions (Eddie Bauer/Limited/XLT) no matter the year???

Not necessarily. Manufacturers love to make subtle adjustments to colors throughout the model years.

Are you needed touch-up paint of something?

No. I'm converting my '00 front end (Limited/chrome) to an '05 Eddie Bauer (grill is blue/beige). The grill is more like a regular blue, whereas the X is a dark blue. Would you know what LL is?

Guess I have the wedgewood blue. The grill is more like ocean blue. Uh oh, better get Maaco.......
