Fender replacement on 1985 F250

How hard is this job and what is involved. Anyone got a time frame, I might do both sides. Where's the cheapest place to buy them.

If your quick about 3 hours to do both fenders. I had a book where they were cheap but you really get what you pay for. Cheap is ..............CHEAP and OEM certified is pricey but is much heavier and better quality.
