rear cover dripping
the drain plug at the bottom of my rear cover is leaking a little once in a while its as tight as i want to go with it do i need to put thread tape on or what any thoughts thnx

tef tape will probably work. I don't think I would use pipe dope on it.
I would think it to be NPT which is tapered, and tightening it pass snug may be buggering up the threads. If at all possible, chase the threads with the appropriate tap before doing too much.
