suspension Question

If you put a 6 in lift on a 2001 F350 super crew, whats the best way to do the drive shaft? being that it is a two part rear shaft,

I assume they shim the carrier bearing like Donahoe Racing does, but I am not entirely sure.

BTW the F250s and F350s are not SuperCrews, they are just crew cabs. The SuperCrew is the F150 crew cab with the wheelbarrow sized bed.

The rear driveshaft is long enough, The center support bearing will need to be lowered.
If this is a 4x4, the front driveshaft is right at the limits. It is getting really close to being too short. If you go off road, and extend the driverside wheel away from the frame, the driveshaft has a good chance of popping out at the splines. 8 inches requires some type of modification, or extension.
