changing front bearing

I have aq 1988 f150 2wd and my bearings on the spindles went out the problem is part of the front bearing is stuck I cant get it out. Does anyone have some advice on taking it off it looks like part of the front bearing or any pics of your spindle so I can compare with mine.

ok the bearing is the part of the outer bearing thats stuck the bottom half of the bearing

Well, its too late for me to take pics, but is the bearing stuck on the spindle or is it in the brake rotor?
