Predator flash problem?

Predator flash problem?
It seems after I flashed my 2000 PSD with the Predator 60hp tune, my theft lamp blinks and the water in fuel lamp stays on. I tried restoring the origional, but no change there.
I'm thinking about going to the dealer & having the origional flash done.
Anyone else run into this?

That's odd, Pats and water separator don't seem to be on similar systems. PATs is not in the VSM, so it must be a part in the PCM or GEM. I don't know about the separator sensor input. I'd try a dealer reflash, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Hopefully the file was just to big with the finger print and PATs/separator were left out or over written.
