DIFFERENCE SUPERCHIPS
Just a little information that I have learned. There are several superchips for my 2001 F350 supercrew duelly psd 7.3l. The point being if you are towing anything over 4.000 lbs may sure you get the right chip. Towing over 4,000 is a difference chip. Wrong chip towing can blow the turbo towing. This information came from superchip inc which i call and talk to. I got the wrong chip and was a little upset. Stupid me. Hope this helps someone.

DIFFERENCE SUPERCHIPS
The higher horsepower (70+) chips should not be used for towing or long hauls because the exhaust temps are too high. The chip we always recommend is the 50 hp chip, this was one of the first things Danny taught me about performance chips - the different diesel chip options, asking about the type of use and making the proper recommendation. By default, if a customer places the order online (ie, unable to discuss it with them) we sell them the 50hp chip.
