timing problem I think
I have a 94 5.0 motor that just dies. Will be driving down the road and it just quits. The deal is I do not know much about the motor and its hard to diagnose the problem because the computer turns back no trouble codes. But if I pull out the spout conector the motor will start reinstall the connector and be back on my way. the motor is in a 94 mustang with a cobra intake and a trickflow stage 1 cam I think everthing else is stock, the computer has a diablo chip but I have not made shure yet. Has any one had a problem like this.

pull the diablo chip out and see if the problem continues. also check fuel pressure, timing. perhaps the fuel filter is clogged and you should be getting at least 1 code stating that the ecu is clear. when was it tuned up last, perhaps you have a bad spark plug or your coil is faulty
