Glow plug relay?

I have a 1993 f250 7.3 NA. When i first crank my truck up it fires right off but, if i drive it and let it set for 20 min. or so and i go to start it up again all the engine does is turn over but won't start. I noticed that the "wait to start" light only stays on for about 2 seconds. I have to turn to key on and off about 6 times and then it will start. Could this be the glow plug relay gone bad. Any ideas.

sounds like glow plug system is ok. but your getting air in your fuel system and loosing your prime then most of your fuel bleeds back into your tank.

If when cold and it starts right up. Then you don't have an air problem. What you have is a fuel injection pump probably on its last legs. If it was air getting into system. Overnight you would have a lot of air getting into system, then lots of cranking while cold or hot. If it fires right off cold. Then you shut down hot then wait 10 minutes ,then it won't start there is the problem - IP.
