I came across the forum via YAHOO search. Excellent. I had purchased my F250 several years back and did alot of searching then, but several of the forums have evolved to comercial sites. I was pleased to come across this site as I was searching a growling type vibration in my front suspension. I joined to use the search feature and found very good information which allowed me to troubleshoot my problem to the main bearing in the hub. The forum explained how to do the replacement, find the parts and how to intelligently interface with Ford Service. I ended up having the service done by a local shop for $420, I believe the knowledge I gained from this forum save me several hundred dollars and time. It was difficult to for me to justify me doing the repairs for labor costs of $100 and out the door in two hours. I have routinely visited my other forum Southern Airboat to provide tips or fedback to memeber questions, I will endeavor to do the same for Ford SD.
