Could be a number of things, so we'll need some more clues.
Do you have a Check Engine Light (CEL) on????
If so, have you had the computer scanned for trouble codes???? If you have, post ALL the trouble codes & the order & sequence in which they were retrieved, as they can offer up good clues as to what's wrong.
Even if there is no CEL on, there could be "pending" codes stored, like mis fire, or maybe fuel pressure, or timing codes, or MAP, or MAF info , that haven't occured enough times yet, to "mature" & turn the CEL on, so we'd like to know if there are any "pending" codes in the computer.
Where are you on past & present due scheduled maitenance items????
Have you done any service or repairs just before the problem came about????
