No, I don't know what you mean regarding the transmission.
It's either:
New Process 435 or Borg-Warner T-18. That's a toploader transmission, 4-speed, very long shifter. Or it has the Clark 4-speed overdrive transmission with the shorter shifter that's closer to the bench seat.
Ok heres again: Truck has manual transmission, i cant go to 2nd gear .
but thats not all the time.
Sometimes it will go if i shift it nice and slow.
now i shift first then third because 2nd its hard to do it.
Thanks

Sounds as if you just need a rebuild on the tranny...but...go under it and make sure that all of the linkages are connected and in good working order as well.

It's been said (no personal experience...) that the Clark OD unit does not like being abused. It's a light duty transmission, that's for sure. Assuming you were always easy on it, it may be the synchronizations may be worn out from wear and tear.
To check for this, pull the top cover and look at its internals. The brass synchronizations should have sharp edges on the teeth. If they're worn off, then you have found the problem you're experiencing. The other thing is, from what I read, the gears between 1 and 2 is a WIDE jump, so that is already troublesome if you're not keen on it.
