depends which way you want to go, lift the front to match the back or lower the back to match the front. you can pretty cheaply buy some coil spring spacers at any parts store to raise the front up an inch or two. lowering the back will require lowering shackles, also available at parts store, or if you don't ever tow anything you can remove a couple of the springs. that difference in height front to back is called a 'rake' and it comes that way from the factory so that when you are hauling a load, (what a truck is built to do), the truck will then sit level. if you start off level then run a load your rear is sagging lower than the front, which looks bad and affects the handling of the truck as the weight bias is shifted to the rear of the truck and not over your steering. i've seen trucks with only one leaf spring in the back, but if you go that route and remove springs DON'T try to haul anything.
