automatic transmission question

I have 2001 V10,the truck felt like it was cuting out as I climb a hill,had it scaned nothing found.I was coming home yerterday when it started cuting out again I cut the overdrive off, it stoped the problem,so before i go to the trans shop.I though I check here to see if anybody has had this problem.

Might be a dirty fuel filter, I'd change it before trying other more expensive solutions. Just my 2 cents worth. Good Luck !

How fast were you going up the hill?

What was your RPM?

When you turned off OD did it drop to 3rd?

How many miles are on your truck?

Personally, I suspect you have a bad Coil on Plug.

could have a bad boot on one of you coils.
