order to install mods

Any order you like! You've got the gauges so you can jump right to the tuner if you so desire... just need to drive by the gauges. I'd agree with Thomas and install the intake and exhaust, then tuner after those. You may find that you don't even need a new trans cooler once you've towed and can see how your temps go on your new gauges.

Thanks
I have towed and trans temps are fine, but I amgoing to go with the cooler because of haveing 148,000 on the origional trans. thanks for the info. I will then do the intake and exhaust and tuner.
I am still trying to decide to go back to stock 265/75/16 tires from the 295/75/16 that I recently bought. I need the truck to tow better and I bought those tires based on looks more than thinking about towing performance.

Now you know what the truck is doing I would go with,
1) Exhaust to lower the EGT's
2) Intake ( Not a K&N)
3) Tranny cooler
4) Tuner (dp )
I did the 6.0 and a maghytech pan at the same time and It lowered the temps 35* @ 100* or more here in vegas.
I would also do the thing listed in this thread
