lift ??

why is my buddys 96 bronco with a 6 inch lift the same height as my other friends blazer with a 4 inch lift? we have receipts from 4wheel parts that say its a 6 inch pro comp lift but it sits the same height as our buddys 89 blazer with 4 inches....is this because blazers are bigger stock than broncos or what?

well buying anything from 4wheelparts was the first mistake. those guys are idiots and most arent even ase certified to even work on vehicles. I would take all the parts numbers you can and reference them.

what year blazer? leaf springs or IFS type? what size tires.

If the tire sizes are the same, then it sounds right to me.

The 92-96(I think) broncos need a 6" lift to clear 35s, but some of the older ones can clear 35s w/ a 4".
My 79 has a 6" and 36s, but I could easily clear 38s.

89 blazer solid axle front end......checked the receipts and its not from four wheel that was the tires, its from a off road shop in san antonio, it has 35's on it

the wheel wells on the chevys make it hard to run large tires without more lift then what most rigs would need.
