driveshaft swap?

i was just wanting to know if a two piece drive shaft out of a 1994 f150 xtended cab short bed was the same specs as the 1994 f150 flare side? i have a friend who is in bad need!

Well this is the 80-86 forum, so I may be wrong on your truck as it is newer, but if you are swaping from a ext cab shortbed to a reg cab ? (you did not make note of the cab type on the flareside) short bed the wheelbases are differet, at least in the case of the 80-86 model year trucks -

116.8" reg cab short bed (flare or styleside)
133" reg cab longbox
138.5" ext cab short box
155" ext cab long box
168.4" 4door cab long box
