Does any one know if there is a chip or programmer for a 1996 F150 5.8L?

yes that is a OBD II truck there are several. check supper chips and do a search for the others

is my 1994 F150 (302) OBD II?

my dad's thinkin of gettin a programmer for his '03 F150 and only wanted it if wuld work with mine as well

no your not going to beable to use the same programmer even if your truck is OBD II.
