Well then. Sorry its been a while since i was on here so, i figured i would let you know i havent just been sitting around the entire time. My 83 F350 with its 460 needed a few body peices and some motor work and it has recieved it all. What i have dont since i was online last.
Passenger fender
Passenger Door
Driver door
New grill
RH and LH Light bezels.
New dual fold down seat out of an XL extended cab.
I have a question for you guys... i have the big ol 460 7.5L in this beast and i tried to put in a manual fuel pump but, it was an unsuccessful gain, i am wondering if the arm coming off of it is supposed to be bent or straight.
Thanks. Yeah, i have put alot of work into it lately since its just been sitting around. I plan to build another motor for it during school but, we shall see.
Thanks Franklin... Thats the one i got from auto zone but, it didnt meet up with the cam.
So, its official, the Beast runs. I dropped a Holley RedLine inline electric fuel pump into it with a holley fuel pressure regulator to feed my double-pumper carb. I kinda figured it would be mean when fisnished but, i didnt think i would be shooting 8inch flames out the tale pipes. Good stuff. I will post pictures of the new doors and fenders on it and and then of the under hood too, and night shots of fire.

Matt
I used the same fuel pump on my 460. I mounted it to the rear inside frame rail with a thick cork vibration damper between it and the frame. I tapped the bottom rear of my tank for the fuel inlet so I would not run dry during a power launch at the track. I ran 1/2" stainless steel tube from the rear to the firewall, then braided to the carburetor inlet rail. You really don't need a pressure regulator with the redline.
I bet it is starting to look new once again? Post some pics when you get the chance! We all like to see it.
