Engine Idles rough!

Engine Idles rough!
I'm looking for some advice for a 3.0 V6 in a 2002 Ranger. The engine idles rough and the computer says PO306. (misfire in # 6) I have replaced the plugs and wires, didn't help! I replace the distributer coil pack, didn't help! Does the problem have to be in the electical system or can it be a bad injector? If it has to be in the electrical system I'm thinking the only thing left is the computer. Any advice from those in the know? Thanks!
