Torsion bars

Will it hurt to crank my torsion bars all the way up? I turned them up today..i turned the screw all the way up to the piece that it goes into. Will it hurt my truck to drive on my torsion bars like this or cause the bars to break? I know i need an alignment..i got 2" of lift : ) (they where already up a bit). \

It will ride very stiff, but I don't know about how much added stress that it adds to the bars themselves.

when I had my 02 with the torson bars all the way up I broke both of them. Not from street driving but just some very mild off road hunting. I went back to stock and it never happened again.
