Two of the more popular are the Super Chip and the DiabloSport. I just installed the 54 HP Diablo in my truck and it sure makes a big difference. I can't tell you about the milage yet but the chip is supposed to increase by 3 to 4 MPG.
They make larger HP chips too but you may need to make exhaust mods to use them if you plan to tow large loads.

Although both Superchips and Diablo generally both give a mileage increase, Diablo is the only one of the two companies that actually claims an increase. Keep in mind that any mileage increase is going to be offset by the need to run premium in that 460 with a chip.
