Replacing that tie rod end is know big chore. remove the weel, remove the cotter pin and crown nut holding the tie rod to the steering knuckle. With a "pickle fork" and a hammer you will be eble to remove it from the steering knuckle.
Loosen the nut and bolt at the adjusting sleeve and turn tie rod out. Measure the distance between the tie rod, and somewhere else on the sleeve. That way you can get closer to putting it back in the same place. Should have the alignment done though.
