Welcome to FTE. Are you talking about the bitrate of purchased cds? If so, it is a bit of an apples/orange example. The MP3 format is not a true "lossless" format. You cannot get the same quality of a cd, out of an mp3 file. With that said, the closest you are going to get would be to rip at 320+kbps.... but that kind of defeats the purpose of the format, because those files will be huge.

I think he wants to know what bit rate to burn his CDs at, some players won't play the lossless formats. The manual does not say, but the stock systems not good enough to realize the diff between 128 and 320. I doubt you'll be able to tell the difference between a 128 file and a 192, but 192 is probably optimum and won't give alot of compression artifacts.
