Engine stalling

My 2005 scab fx4 with the 5.4 stalled in traffic about one month ago and it concerned me but I let it go. Today it did the same thing. Before my truck stalled both of the times, the idle lowered to about 500 rpm's. Anyone had this happen to them, and if so has anyone had the problem fixed?

My 04 FX4 does it too sometimes. Today it did it about 3 times in a parking lot. Strange thing is, no codes were set. I had this problem before, and the dealer reflashed the pcm. I see that went well.
