As you all know we have been more and more about CGI (compacted graphite iron) lately, so I was curious to find more information about this stuff. Nothing new about the coming 5-liter for Mustang?
No news from the Windsor-factory?
The going rumor on the coming 5.0L is that its a bored out 4.6L with perhaps the possibility of a very minor stroke increase. Who knows, maybe they will pull out a CGI block. I hope Ford can pull off a new CGI V-8 block. Ford already have a 3,6 litre CGI V8 in the UK for LandRovers.
