Rebuild guide
I tried to search for an answer but came up with nothing. I am planning on rebuilding a 460 and was wondering if anyone knew of a good guide to help me along with it?? I am a first time engine builder. I blew the 351M in my 77 F250 so I figure its a good excuse for the 460. I am planning on finding a truck motor from about that year.

Check your local bookstore or amazon for engine rebuilding books. There are quite a few out there some better then others. Here is a google search sample I came up with.

Well thanks for the info..I guess Im a little worried about the first time engine build. Id hate to spend all that money and have the thing blow. Im gonna start readin my rear off and hopefully everything will go well
