SUPERDUTY_untouchabl, Try this one.

Save the pic ("save image as") to your "My Pictures", then use it as your avatar.

I used it for a second, just to see if it would work.

It did.

OR, you can use "photo Resizer".

I dont no what it is.... I just tryd it again and it still didnt work I did exactly what sierraben said to do and it still says that "That image is too large. The maximum dimensions are 60 by 60 pixels." I dont no computers just hate me...... and yes im sure im clicking on the right picture. "Sigh"

I think you are having code problem

at 60 px width ..your avatar height is 41 px

are you uploading from the browse or pasting in a file name with code ?

Copy and paste the image I posted.
Title it "Merged Flags"

go to CP.
click ...edit avatar

Click browse

find the file title Merged flags.. click open

click custom avatar button

Click Submit

exit CP

EDIT;
Right now it appears the system is having problems with uploading avatars
