!First timer on dyno!

I'll be dynoing my truck this weekend, it'd be the first time I've done anything like this and am looking for any tips and tricks to get the most out of it. I get two runs, first one I want to run it with the stock setting and the second run it with all she's got to see what the improvement is. Some things I'm thinking about and want feedback; is there any advantage to difference in air pressure in the tires, run them soft or rock hard? I have Firestone air bags as well, any want to make the advantagious to the run? I'll probably add fuel conditioner to up the cetane a little bit.

I'm really looking forward to doing this! Any other ideas, let me know!!!

Stick or auto? Run both in max tune if that is all you can run because if you cannot back a run up it may be a fluke. Just food for thought.

Run it in OD, and load up on the cetane. Have a big fan in front of the truck if possible, intercooler won't help unless air is moving over it. You want to run it in OD so it puts the most load on the engine. If you are driving it on the dyno get up to about 65mph (1850ish rpm) before you start laying down on the pedal or else it will downshift.
