Cloths washer problem
Have a Maytag washer that has started leaking, last used it Sunday and this morning noticed that water is dripping into the tub from the spout that fills the tub.
I'm assuming there is a valve that has started to fail, but I really don't know. Any suggestions/tips would be great. Will probally have to call the Maytag man in the next day or so.

Sounds like perhaps the mixing valve may be giving up- not an expensive part & fairly easy to replace. It may also be identical to some kenmore models. I would do some sufing- lot of good sites to help you troubleshoot. If you have the time, I would try to avoid a service call. Good luck.
