Motorcraft works for me. I used to be a Fram guy but they are very substandard now so I switched. Check out:

Right now, I use Purolator PureONE oil filters, but over the years, I've drifted across many major brands of filters and oil...fram, motorcraft, pennzoil, castrol, mobil1, etc. Never had an oil related failure in an estimated 600,000 miles of driving.

I use Napa Gold/Carquest Premium/Wix premium and Motorcraft. Never had an issue with any of them.

Mobil 1
If you believe what they say???????
It filters smaller particles and the extra money

Oil Filter

I use NAPA Gold series on eveything. It has a spring valve in it that keeps the oil from draining back out. Your engine dont have to fill the filter each time you start it. Not an issue on F150 since oil filter hangs upside down (well mostly). I even use NAPA brand oil, they say it is bottled by Valvoline.

The napa gold is a good filter, and napa oil is from valvoline, and it's like coors and keystone. What beer doesn't make the requirements for coors becomes keystone.

Filters for me, Motorcraft.

It does not matter what you use it will not void the warranty. So have fun.

Exactly what I use Wlgoble, helps that I get a 10% veteran discount at my local Napa store too... I run the Napa(valvoline) oil too... every 4k changes unless I tow alot during that 4k period.

Napa Gold filters are made by WIX - which we all know is a darn good filter!
