Upon further research...I found out it's for CNG. What is that?

*EDIT*

Ok...I did a little more research:

Sounds interesting. Has anyone run it? And what do you think about it?

Natural gas. Did you just find this truck on the street and open the doors up and take a pic?

At 9 mpg something was wrong with your truck. I have a 2001 F 150 7700 4x4 extended cab with a camper shell and the bi fuel set up (gas or cng). I get about 13 mpg on either fuel doing 75+ on the freeway. Not to mention here in Utah the cng is only 64 cents per gallon. Nope, cng doesn't suck for me.

it was a straight up CNG truck....and the 9mpg could be due to the fact that i'd do the typical state thing, let it idle all day LOL.

Check out cngchat.com and go to the Ford section. Look specifically at the posts on replacing the coalescent filter and doing a tune up with cng injector o-rings, coil packs, and plugs. Lots of info there and feel free to email me as well if you have questions. Mine was rough on cng before addressing the above stuff, great now. Hope that helps.
